Dear Admissions Committee, I had the pleasure of teaching Wildan in his 11th-grade English class at SMAN 3 Bandung. From the first day of class, Sara impressed me with her ability to be articulate about difficult concepts and texts. Recently my school organization held one of their biggest event called Edu Passion. Edu Passion is an annual event here at SMAN 3 Bandung. This event aims to help students to know more information about the college. Also, it helped us to decide where we want to go after graduating from high school. There are many stands of domestic universities, some abroad universities, and some courses. Not only internal students but other student from external can also join this event freely. As I heard, our governor, Ridwan Kamil, and everyone was like welcoming him to our school. The event started by opening as always and then continued by talk show session from a few organizations and alumni. I didn't watch the show because I have to practice with my angklung extracurricular as we will perform at the event. But, I also gathered with my RBL groups to do some interviews. I also got the chance to participate in the SAPPK ITB workshop which was really cool.

On the 3rd until the 5th of January, We went on a thing called Bakdes or Bakti Desa which basically means we get to stay in a village and live play and work in a different environment than the city could offer, since it was quite a long time ago I don't really remember the details about the village itself. I remembered the house that I got to stay in were way nicer than I had anticipated. It has a TV, a pretty clean bathroom, and a nice and comfy bed. I also remember the field that was really close to where the house is being the highlight. although it wasn't really anything special, just a big hill with grasses but living in the heart of Bandung, you don't really get that kind of space and it was very relaxing. If there's one thing that bakdes has told me, it is that I need to be more humble and not take things for granted. I am very privileged and I need to be aware of that. I need to be aware of the comfort that I am so accustomed to and realize that that comfort...

On March, Me and the whole 32020 went on an adventure to Bali. Although I've been to Bali a few times before and has pretty much seen all the sights I wasn't really that excited about Bali itself and more so about having to experience it with my friends. We arrived in Bali on the 17th after a few hours delay because of complications in the airline, (I mean we chose lion air what else did we expect??) anyway after we landed we had to make a couple of changes to the original itinerary because we didn't have enough time to visit Tanah lot because of the delay so instead we went to Krishna and then meet up with the other groups at Jimbaran. Jimbaran was nice right until we got soaked by mother nature's wrath (lol jk but it was pouring quite hard). After Jimbaran, we got to the hotel and rest for the night. Natural Phenomenon The phenomenon that I'll be discussing is about Evolution by natural selection, a quite controversial topic if I do say so myself. Although I probably couldn't change your belief (or lack thereof) about the theory of evolution, I can, however, address some myths and misconception about it. So let's start with the basics, the current definition of evolution is " The change in heritable characteristics of a certain biological population over successive generations" so what happens is random genetic mutation cause an individual organism to have unique features within their own species, and those features could help the chances for that individual's survival which help the chances to pass on that gene to their offspring. And that's basically it this mechanism has proven to work and has been working for billions of years.
